Overnight Stay Rates

  • First Floor Rental: $125 per night + cleaning fee
    Includes access to the entire first floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, and porches. A great option for solo travelers or couples looking to save while enjoying the space.

  • Entire House Rental: $250 per night + cleaning fee
    Includes full access to the entire home—both floors and all indoor/outdoor spaces. Ideal for families, groups, or guests seeking extra room and privacy.

  • If you require additional services or accommodations, please contact us for a custom quote.

*Cleaning fee can be waived if you agree to fully clean and reset the space before checkout.
